Do I give my password?
No. Ghoosted works inside your own logged-in session — it doesn’t ask for, see or store your password.
Is it private?
Analysed on your device and meant to stay there. Only two things reach a server: your purchase with its licence key, and — only if you turn on the phone mirror — an encrypted snapshot the relay cannot read.
Can they tell I watched their story?
Ghost mode is designed to open stories without registering a view. That depends on how Instagram works and can change.
Will my account get banned?
It reads what Instagram already shows you. Only two actions change anything on your account — unfollowing and approving requests — and you start both yourself. Instagram restricts accounts that do many actions in a row, so Ghoosted paces them and warns you before a big batch; that lowers the risk, it does not remove it. Instagram can also change its systems or policies at any time, and any third-party tool may conflict with its terms.
